Qualifications
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
Security Clearance: TS/SCI with the ability to pass a CI Poly
Training: Must be a graduate of any of the following courses:
HT-JCOE – Defense Advanced Tradecraft Course (DATC), or predecessor/equivalent.
Other – FTC, OTC, MOTC, or equivalent
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of experience as a CAT 1 HUMINT collector.
Required Skills, as demonstrated in resume:
Understanding of full spectrum HUMINT activities.
Strong understanding of Army and DoD HUMINT policy.
Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a counterintelligence-scope polygraph examination.
*College education cannot be used in lieu of experience.
Education:
High School Diploma - 12 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Associates Degree - 10 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Bachelors Degree - 8 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Masters Degree - 6 years of relevant experience with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
