About the Role
The Simon Group is seeking a counterintelligence (CI) professional to serve as an instructor for the CI Surveillance Course (CSC) and the Countersurveillance (CS) Course, Joint CI Training Activity (JCITA).
What You’ll Get to Do:
Provide world-class, advanced CI and security operations training to the Department of Defense (DoD) and other national security stakeholder agencies within the Federal Government.
Provide CI subject matter expert expertise for course development, instruction, and mentorship in current disciplines of CI.
Employ blended learning techniques to include a combination of eLearning tools, lectures, classroom discussions, team exercises, readings, case studies, role plays and demonstrations of required skills through work-related tasks.
Enable CI Agents with the knowledge and skills to plan, conduct, and debrief discreet CI surveillance operations in support of CI missions. This includes their ability to conduct discreet CI surveillance and closely observe the activities of a person of CI interest without compromising a CI investigation or operation.
Support students' development in the areas of surveillance methodologies as well as countersurveillance mission planning and execution

Qualifications
You’ll Bring These Qualifications:
TS/SCI with poly or ability to obtain poly.
Five (5) years' experience conducting CI surveillance.
Graduate of the JCITA CI Surveillance Course, JCITA CS course, AFCITC, or an Intelligence Community, Federal or State Law Enforcement school equivalent.
